He has also participated in business transactions, such as corporate mergers and sales transactions of assets and of equity interests in business operations.

This firm can assist in the creation of any business entity. Several issues arise in that process, such as the proper tax character for the organization and whether the corporate or other form is most suited to meet the creator's needs. Once determined, we will prepare the organization's governing documents in conformity with the law of Maryland or the District of Columbia. Then, we will file the necessary documents with the proper governmental agency and assist in obtaining the IRS tax identification number for the new entity. When approved, guidelines on its proper operation will be provided to the organization.
