Estate Planning

Have you provided for the disposition of your assets when you die?

Have you established guardians for your minor children, if you become incapacitated or when you die?

These are difficult questions to consider, but a failure to plan in advance can be very costly and result in distressing results, both as to who will be caring for your minor children and where your assets will be distributed upon your death.

How do you begin the process? Contact us and we will send you an estate planning questionnaire to complete. After gathering your financial information, we will meet with you to discuss your estate, financial and philanthropic goals. We will then make recommendations on your estate plan and prepare the necessary documents to implement your estate plan. We will also discuss the importance of trusts, economic Powers of Attorney and health care Powers of Attorney and Directives, among other matters.

This firm will continue to provide personal attention to your estate planning needs, as the law changes and as your personal circumstances change.

If you would like more information or would like to discuss your estate plan, please contact Jonathan.
